La Rambla for The New York Times

This assignment for the NYT consisted of photographing Montevideo’s rambla through the eyes of a journalist who walked it for several days. They asked me to capture not only the essence of the rambla itself but also some of the surrounding areas. Here is their selection, along with some images I chose myself.
