Exploring Attention

An exploration of attention through the Alexander Technique.

In these in-person groups we investigate the way we pay attention and how to expand our awareness so we can be more available.

We experiment with simple everyday activities such as walking, reading and writing. The approach is playful and powerful at the same time. It’s about doing all of this with the focus on how I do what I do.

The intention is to cultivate freedom of choice, so that we can decide how to respond to life’s stimuli instead of reacting to them.
