Coaching

Before anything else, I want to tell you where I work from, because it shapes everything we do together:

Nothing is missing.

You are not a problem to solve nor a project to correct. You arrive with everything you are, always in the process of becoming more yourself. That is where I begin, every time, with every person.

Unfolding

I studied computer engineering, and for years I looked at the world as a series of problems to solve. I was good at it. Over time, that analytical gaze became my way of moving through life: with myself, with others, with my own body.

It took me years to discover that not everything is a problem asking for a solution. That there are moments when what we need most is not another strategy, but someone who stays beside us while we move through whatever is happening.

The coaching I practice was born from that understanding. It does not belong to the world of self-improvement, with its optimized versions of oneself. It belongs to another paradigm: unfoldment. The trust that life is already unfolding in your body, in your relationships, in your experience, and that our task is not to direct it but to learn to accompany it.

What you already are does not need fixing. It needs conditions to reveal itself.

Who this space is for

For people standing at a threshold: a chapter ending, another that has no shape yet. For those who have already walked a long way with the head (clear ideas, reading, perhaps years of inner work) and are beginning to sense that the next layer cannot be thought through: it asks for another kind of contact.

Also for those who are not coming to solve anything. They come to know themselves with more curiosity, to widen their capacity for wonder, to inhabit life at a new rhythm.

How we work

In our sessions we do not only talk about your life: we pay attention to how you are living it. What you are carrying, in your thinking and quite literally in your body. Where your attention rests. What appears when we receive all of that with curiosity, without the intention of changing it.

My role is not to give you advice or steer you toward a solution. I arrive without a rescue plan, and that is deliberate: when nobody is trying to fix you, a different kind of space opens. In that space, whatever arrives is welcome: clarity and confusion, excitement and sadness, certainty and not-knowing.

I work from the premise that tension is not an enemy but information. And that real change is not forced: when we stop pushing it, it begins to happen on its own.

There is something that runs through all of the work: the quality of presence. We naturally inhabit different states of presence throughout the day, though we rarely recognize them. Learning to notice them changes how we relate to everything else.

Beginning

Sessions are one on one, in English or Spanish, over Zoom. You do not need to arrive with a clear problem: the intuition that something needs space is enough.

The first step is a conversation, no strings attached. A moment to meet, tell me what brings you, and sense whether this space resonates with what you are looking for.
